Encouragement for Big && Small
I’m a firm believer that everyone can make their dream business, and dream life a reality. When I was starting it became abundantly clear that small business owners and entrepreneurs couldn’t afford to hire someone to specialize in each area of business. A Social Media Manager, SEO Expert, and Web Developer were not feasible for the everyday dreamer. So, I made a pact with myself and my clients, if I don’t know how to do it now I will figure out how to do it for both of us.
Grace is the Standard
Being a product of 2020, EPS stands firm in grace for all, always. I’m invested in your business’s progress, and I’m invested in you. There is no version of a successful and productive business with a burnt-out entrepreneur. The grace given requires something simple in return, additional grace. We got into the game to make our own schedules, enjoy a Tuesday afternoon at a coffee shop, and make a difference. That difference is made easily when grace and compassion are at the forefront.
Working with Admirable People
This world is a difficult place sometimes, and beyond anything else, I admire the courageous and bold humans I work for. I would hope they will say the same about me. The people and companies that pay me, need to have a dedication to being good people. I believe in focusing my work on what I believe in. To be clear, I am an anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ ally, animal lover, and human lover. I believe that what is different about us makes us special. I respect you, and require the same thing in return.
It all begins with an idea, && although EPS wasn’t exactly my idea, it is a part of the story. I love sharing my vulnerable self && sharing some value.
